Location DE; turnover approx. 1.9 billion Euro; approx. 11,000 employees

Starting position:

• Technical and commercial project management of an international project, customer location Italy, contract sum approx. 1.5 million Euro

Measures:

• Project management of a test system from production, delivery to test acceptance at the end customer
• Management of an interdisciplinary and international project team.
• Ensuring lessons learned and procedural integration into the organization as part of the CIP, optimization and adaptation of methods and processes in the PMO.
  

Results:

• Successful delivery and acceptance of the entire system; in-house and on-site at the end customer in Italy
