Starting position:

Merger of different IT service companies.

Measures:

• setting up a change strategy, establishment of the project organization and roles, definition of the procedure and establishment of a roadmap
• Analysis the initial situation, undertake a risk assessment and carry out a stakeholder impact analysis; derive measures
• Coaching the project team and the affected stakeholders.

Results:

• Creation of a change concept, taking into account the pronounced organizational changes.
